1. Shipment Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items / Standard Accessories: All orders for standard parts, components, or in-stock accessories are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Industrial Laser Machinery: For large-scale laser machines (including fiber laser cutters, marking machines, and welders), each unit undergoes strict quality control, calibration, and protective wooden crating before dispatch. The manufacturing and handling lead time typically ranges from 7–15 business days depending on the specific model and customization requirements.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected production delays, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide, utilizing reliable international freight forwarders, ocean shipping lines, and express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS for smaller items). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided via a formal proforma invoice.

Below are the standard estimated delivery transit times after the product leaves our facility:

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Standard International Shipping (FOB / CIF / CFR Terms): Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process or in your contract, lasercutting-world.com is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including destination port charges, customs brokerage fees, and local VAT).
  • DDP Shipping Options (Delivered Duty Paid): For specific countries and select machine models, we may offer DDP shipping options where customs clearance and duties are managed and pre-paid by us. Please review your final invoice or contact our sales team to confirm the exact trade terms (e.g., CIF vs. DDP) applied to your machinery order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) or ocean bill of lading (B/L) information. For ocean freight, we will provide the vessel name and container tracking link so you can monitor the maritime transit progress in real-time.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please provide a complete, valid physical address for delivery. Due to the size and weight of industrial laser machinery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

For ocean freight delivered to a local port or your business facility, please ensure your site is equipped with proper unloading tools, such as a forklift or crane, to safely receive the wooden crates.

6. Damages and Freight Insurance

We fully insure all large-scale machinery shipments to safeguard your investment during international transit.

Please inspect the exterior packaging and wooden crating thoroughly upon arrival. If the crate is visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt (or Bill of Lading) and take clear photos/videos immediately.
