Firstly, the flight path of a laser cutting machine mainly consists of a laser generator, fiber optic transmission, fiber optic beam transmission system, cutting head, and optical components. Usually, a laser generator generates a laser beam, which is then transmitted through an optical fiber to a fiber optic beam transmission system. The fiber optic beam transmission system is responsible for collimating, focusing, and adjusting the laser beam. Finally, the laser beam passes through optical components in the cutting head, such as mirrors or lenses, for further focusing and adjustment, and is ultimately aimed at the surface of the workpiece for cutting.


Secondly, the key task of the flight path is to maintain the stability and focusing of the laser beam. The selection and adjustment of optical components are crucial in the flight path. For example, using a lens to adjust the focusing of a laser beam can achieve optimal focal size and position of the laser beam. Meanwhile, by using mirrors and deflectors to refract and reflect the path of the laser beam, the transmission path of the laser beam can be made accurate and error free.
